A day at Blackhawk Stables… March 28, 2011
I had the awesome opportunity to spend the day out at Blackhawk stables this past weekend. It was chilly (30 degrees) but sunny and overall an awesome day. I helped around the barn a little, rode and took some pictures. I’m looking forward to spending some time out there again soon!

I connected through Randi from a previously shoot I had done. They were fabulous! It was so great meeting them and “the pack”. Hope you love your pictures and now you have something to put on the walls besides the Texas stars (according to Ben).

So while back I posted something on facebook about borrowing kids for pictures and how I was itching to take some photos. My friend Julie asked if I would do pictures of her “kids”. I absolutely said yes (especially in exchance for some super yummy asparagus risotto). Jasper is a total model and so there are a ton of him, Jasmine is quite shy though so she really only came out for a minute.

These are a couple months old now, taken right after I got Callie in September. She’s a fun little kitten, but a royal pain. But you love them anyways right? And of course my adorable dog Willy, he puts up with so much.
